The adaptive reuse of the Homeopathic Hospital buildings is a proposed future development project that TM Montante Development plans to move forward at Lancaster Square. The following renderings and floor plans are conceptual diagrams meant to illustrate leasing potential, and not final design or intended for construction.
The adaptive reuse of the original Homeopathic Hospital buildings will feature a mix of uses including retail, commercial office, and residential. The proposed project will feature approximately 36,000 sq. ft. of available retail or commercial office space on the ground floor and first floor. Available retail or office space will be located within the existing hospital buildings, which will be renovated to fit the tenant’s needs. Large historic window openings allow for ample natural light into offices and will provide views of Lancaster Avenue and the historic central courtyard.
Located at the intersection of LinwoodAvenue and Linwood Avenue, the proposed building is located within walking distance to the existing Gates Circle Parking Garage, which features approximately 750 parking spaces, and offers nearby covered parking for tenants and customers.
