ROLE
Travis Bailey is the Commercial Property Manager at TM Montante Development, where he oversees the day-to-day management of our commercial portfolio. He builds strong professional and personal relationships with tenants throughout Buffalo and Niagara Falls, ensuring their needs are met with care and consistency. Through his dedication, Travis delivers reliable, high quality management that earns trust, supports business growth, and strengthens the communities we serve.

EXPERIENCE
Travis brings over a decade of experience in customer relations and sales. He began his career as an office manager for a pre-employment screening company, which later expanded into tenant screening services for some of Buffalo’s most prominent developers. Throughout this role, he built relationships with notable clients such as Green Security and Life Storage, a company with a national reach.

After years of developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, Travis transitioned into property management, overseeing both private and corporate portfolios, including four multi-family communities for Clover Management. With more than five years in the property management industry, Travis remains dedicated to advancing his skills and education at every opportunity.
