ROLE
As a Development Associate for TM Montante Development, Mr. Garofalo focuses on the execution of all TM Montante Development projects, including site evaluation, site planning, and project design. Tony’s specialty is visualizing the design, layout and massing of development projects through the production of architectural drawings and diagrams, and the creation of photorealistic renderings.

EXPERIENCE
Mr. Garofalo is a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, followed by a Masters of Architecture with a specialization in urban design. He utilizes this knowledge to critically examine the factors impacting contemporary real estate development, including urban planning, architecture, design, politics, cultural forces and budgetary constraints. Prior to joining TM Montante Development, Mr. Garofalo worked alongside GLS Architects to draft floor plans and design interior spaces for historic homes in the City of Buffalo.

Mr. Garofalo lives in South Buffalo with his girlfriend and their dog, Po. He is a proud graduate of St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute and stays active playing numerous sports like baseball, basketball and bowling. Mr. Garofalo is also passionate about cars, spending much of his free time either under a hood or competing at Lancaster Speedway.
