ROLE
Tim Anderson is a maintenance technician at TM Montante Development, bringing over 24 years of hands-on experience in the trades. With a strong background in residential and commercial maintenance, he supports the upkeep and functionality of properties in Indiana, ensuring equipment and buildings are operating safely and efficiently.

EXPERIENCE
Tim successfully ran his own maintenance company for over a decade, specializing in residential construction, property management, and commercial facility maintenance. His extensive knowledge across trades enables him to troubleshoot and perform repairs in HVAC systems, electrical work, plumbing, and general building maintenance. He also works closely with vendors and property managers to address complex repair needs and maintain high operational standards.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing, and cheering on Notre Dame football and women’s basketball.
