ROLE
Richie Ibrahim is the facilities manager for TM Montante Development. Richie Ibrahim is the facilities manager for TM Montante Development. He is responsible for the management of field technicians and assists with the maintenance and upkeep of the TM Montante Development portfolio, including 3rd party clients. Mr. Ibrahim works closely with tenants, vendors, and management personnel, ensuring all aspects of their maintenance requests are handled thoroughly and professionally. In addition, Mr. Ibrahim routinely conducts property inspections, gathers quotes, and oversees various projects throughout the portfolio, always
ensuring quality and compliance standards are being upheld.

EXPERIENCE
Mr. Ibrahim has a thorough working knowledge of all TM Montante Development properties. He has completed a review of building operations, while updating preventative maintenance schedules, energy management systems and equipment status. He has effectively addressed all issues related to building systems, including heating, air conditioning, lighting, ventilation, and refrigeration systems, while also maintaining professional and attractive exterior conditions for TM Montante Development properties.

Earning an Entry Level Certification through NABCEP, Mr. Ibrahim plays an important role for Montante Solar, and he has helped install multiple solar systems. Mr. Ibrahim continues to seek out new challenges, and he has attained an impressive array of design and construction certifications from both national organizations and New York State Prior to joining TM Montante Development, Mr. Ibrahim worked as a superintendent and facility manager for ABC Realty in New York City. He specialized in site and buildings systems, and worked to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with both building owners and tenants.
