ROLE
Nate Marino is a Property Accountant at Montante Group, managing financial planning, reporting, and budgeting for the company's commercial portfolio. He ensures the accuracy and reliability of financial information while maintaining strong relationships with commercial tenants to oversee common area maintenance reconciliations. Nate also works closely with external auditors and tax preparers, handling sales tax filings and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

EXPERIENCE
Nate began his accounting career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a tax associate, working with diverse clients, from large natural gas distributors and automotive companies to agricultural businesses and high-net-worth individuals. At Montante Group, he has expanded the level of detail in financial reporting, providing key decision-makers with deeper financial insights.

Nate holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in accounting from the University at Buffalo and is currently working toward his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification.
