Michele Messina is the vice president of property management for TM Montante Development, with over 15 years of experience in real estate management. She plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of the property management division, focusing on optimizing operational efficiencies and driving sustainable growth within the portfolio. Michele is also responsible for developing and leading the implementation of the company’s third-party business division, expanding its reach beyond Western New York. Her expertise in property management strategy ensures the alignment of operational goals with long-term business objectives while delivering value and enhancing asset performance across the portfolio.

Michele is responsible for driving strategic initiatives across TM Montante Development’s commercial and residential portfolios. With deep expertise in property management, business development, and client representation, she shapes the company’s growth trajectory by ensuring operational efficiency, financial discipline, and the successful execution of strategic goals. Her ability to oversee budgeting, cost control, and performance optimization has been key in maintaining the success of both company-owned and third-party properties. Michele’s leadership has significantly expanded the company’s third-party portfolio, establishing lasting partnerships and fostering client growth. Her commitment to tenant satisfaction and operational integrity has been recognized with the Property Manager of the Year award from the Greater Buffalo Building Owners and Managers Association in 2013.
Throughout her 15-year career, Michele has expanded her portfolio to over one million square feet, including managing government properties in South Bend, Indiana. She continues to drive the company’s success and expansion, particularly in growing its third-party property management business beyond Western New York.
Michele holds a bachelor’s in business administration and a master’s in real estate. She is passionate about giving back to the community and actively volunteers for nonprofit organizations that serve it. Michele previously served as the Greater Buffalo Building and Managers Association president and was on the Queen City Performing Arts Board of Directors. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Homespace, an organization supporting at-risk youth.
Michele lives in West Seneca with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, playing the piano, and being with her family.
