Building Engineer
ROLE
Mark Argy is a building engineer with TM Montante Development. He oversees the proper functioning of the building’s operational services, including maintaining the building management system, cooling tower, boilers, and heat pump loop. Additionally, he diligently maintains all 365 heat pumps within the facility.
EXPERIENCE
With over a decade of hands-on experience in the field, Mark is entrusted with managing and maintaining the Niagara Center, a sprawling 350,000-square-foot office building in downtown Buffalo. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to ensuring the building’s systems operate seamlessly.
Mark has a proven track record of successfully completing several major HVAC projects for buildings under TM Montante Development’s third-party management. Additionally, he offers valuable coordination and consultation services on HVAC projects, further enhancing his reputation as a seasoned professional.
Before joining TM Montante Development, Mark served as a maintenance mechanic for the Grand Island Central School District, overseeing the mechanical systems in nine district-owned buildings. This role required a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain systems critical to the functioning of educational facilities.
