Holly Nowak is the vice president of human resources at Montante Group, where she focuses on supporting and developing the people and teams who drive the organization's success. She is responsible for the strategic growth of the human resources function, overseeing initiatives that range from recruitment and internships to employee experience, training, and professional development. Holly's approach leverages her extensive HR expertise, certifications, and entrepreneurial background to create a thriving, engaged workforce aligned with Montante Group's mission.

EXPERIENCE
With over 25 years of experience in human resources, Holly has advised hundreds of business leaders across private, public, and nonprofit sectors on HR strategies and best practices. Before joining Montante Group, she led regional HR service expansions, founded her own consulting firm, and developed innovative solutions for growth and team success.

Holly is actively involved in the community, serving as President-Elect of the Rotary Club of Kenmore, and is a Silver Crusader supporter of Cradle Beach Camp. She holds a bachelor's in psychology and an MBA with a concentration in human resource management from Niagara University.
