ROLE
Gerald Gillis is a maintenance technician at TM Montante Development, responsible for ensuring the upkeep our commercial and residential properties. From routine maintenance to emergency repairs, he works diligently to keep buildings safe, efficient, and up to code.

EXPERIENCE
With a background in construction, Gerald specializes in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing, and appliances. He performs safety inspections, oversees preventative maintenance, and collaborates with vendors and property managers to address complex maintenance challenges. His expertise includes drywall repair, painting, and fire and security system checks, ensuring every property meets high operational standards.

Before joining TM Montante Development, Gerald worked in roofing, siding, and residential construction, bringing hands-on experience in structural maintenance and repair. He holds an associate’s degree in construction technology from Fredonia State University. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hitting the trails on his dirt bike, and spending time outdoors.
