Accounting Manager

ROLE
Becky Gorczynski is the accounting manager at Montante Group, overseeing all accounting functions and financial reporting for our mixed-use property and third-party client portfolios. She collaborates closely with the property management team to build annual budgets, forecast mid-year performance, and identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities to support management decisions for internal reporting and third-party accounts.

EXPERIENCE
With 14 years of experience in Citigroup's controller's department, Becky played a key role in building the global cash compensation controller team in Buffalo, managing the development of the global incentive compensation reporting system, and establishing best practices for internal controls, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting. Her expertise in partnering with international finance, HR, and FP&A departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting is crucial in her role at Montante Group, where she works to streamline accounting processes and deliver financial reports that meet the needs of executives, property managers, shared services, and 3rd party clients. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting & Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
