EXPERIENCE
Mrs. Messina directs and oversees the property management activities for TM Montante Development’s commercial and residential portfolio. She actively applies her background in property management technology to positively impact the company’s continual improvement in commercial, residential, and third-party portfolios. Mrs. Messina’s genuine interest in tenant satisfaction, transparency, and organizational integrity helped her earn Property Manager of the Year honors from the Greater Buffalo Building Owners and Managers Association in 2013.
Before joining TM Montante Development, Mrs. Messina managed medical, office, and retail properties for McGuire Development. She proactively advanced the property management department at McGuire Development by authoring new tenant engagement strategies, adjusting forecasts to improve their accuracy, and promoting the implementation and team adoption of proprietary property management software. Over her 15-year career, Mrs. Messina’s portfolio has expanded to over a million square feet, including government properties in South Bend, Indiana. She is a driving force to the success of TM Montante Development’s growth and expansion outside of the Western New York area.
In addition to holding a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Real Estate, Michele is a member of the Executive Board of Directors for the Greater Buffalo BOMA chapter and the Board of Directors for Queen City Performing Arts. She happily resides in the town of West Seneca with her husband and daughter.
