ROLE
Marty Houck is the senior portfolio manager at TM Montante Development. He is responsible for managing all aspects of 3rd party property management services as a team leader and primary client contact throughout Western New York and out-of-state. He is currently responsible for managing TM Montante Development’s third-party portfolio of commercial, medical, government, and industrial properties.

EXPERIENCE
With more than 25 years of experience in property and construction management, Mr. Houck is a proven manager with experience directing interior commercial construction and remodeling projects and overseeing the day-to-day operations of numerous properties simultaneously. He has a strong background in managing capital and 3rd party property budgets, quarterly re-forecasts, and reconciliations.

Mr. Houck has worked in every avenue of property and project management, holding the positions of project superintendent, project manager, and northeast operations manager for high volume remodels and resets of commercial spaces across the country.

Mr. Houck is an expert at managing and developing large commercial property portfolios, as well as leveraging operations across the country. Mr. Houck is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New York.
