Director of Leasing , TM Montante Development
Donna Kostrzewski is the Director of Leasing for TM Montante Development. A fourteen-year veteran in marketing and leasing commercial space, Ms. Kostrzewski oversees leasing and business development initiatives and is responsible for maintaining high occupancy in the company’s portfolio of properties. She also creates and maintains corporate and property marketing plans for the company.
Prior to joining TM Montante Development, Ms. Kostrzewski was Vice President of Larkin Development Group (LDG), which owned and managed 1.5 million square feet of commercial property in what is now known as the Larkin District in Buffalo, NY. This mixed-use, urban neighborhood was created out of a largely vacant former industrial district that contained abandoned buildings, decaying street infrastructure and contaminated sites. While overseeing marketing, leasing, tenant relations, project management and new business development for LDG, Ms. Kostrzewski became intimately involved in nearly every aspect of the Larkin District’s rebirth into a vibrant, commercially successful and aesthetically pleasing community.
Ms. Kostrzewski was also involved in the revitalization of Genesee Gateway located at Genesee and Oak Streets at the highly traveled gateway to downtown Buffalo from the Kensington Expressway. When the property was acquired the structures were literally falling in on themselves, but now this strip of historically significant buildings is a mixed-use commercial property with tenancies ranging from the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Passport Agency, investment and public relations firms, and a popular, local, family-owned deli.
In addition to studying at Canisius College and Villa Maria College towards a Bachelor’s in Management and Interior Design, Ms. Kostrzewski holds her NYS Real Estate Broker’s License and is the owner and chief baker of Four Legs, where she creates healthy dog and horse treats for lucky pets in WNY, NYC, California and Florida. Ms. Kostrzewski resides in Orchard Park with her husband and daughter, the youngest of their four children.
