As an example, Ms. Pellett was directly involved in the design of an advanced 88,000 square foot office and warehouse facility located at 555 Riverwalk Parkway, in Tonawanda NY. The building includes an innovative solar array that is integrated into the architectural and structural design of the building, while also functioning as an aesthetically pleasing solar shading device. She has also worked on design and site plans for the Gates Circle Redevelopment project, multiple commercial solar installations, and the Planing Mill, which was a mixed-use, historic rehabilitation project in downtown Buffalo, NY.
Ms. Pellett has also attained a Bachelor of Arts in Dance. She continues to pursue her passion as an artist and performs on aerial silks throughout Western NY with the UP! State Cirque Performance Troupe, an Aerial Arts performance group based out of Rochester NY.
