Maintenance Technician

ROLE
As a maintenance technician at TM Montante Development, James Holler plays a key role in keeping commercial and residential properties running smoothly. He handles various maintenance tasks, from routine inspections to urgent repairs, ensuring buildings remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

EXPERIENCE
With a background in building maintenance and customer service, James brings technical expertise and a solutions-oriented approach to his role. He is skilled in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing, and appliances. His experience also includes drywall repair, painting, and performing safety checks on fire and security systems. James is adept at preventative maintenance, identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.

James holds an associate’s degree in building maintenance and management from Erie Community College. Outside of work, James spends his free time coaching football.
