ROLE
Eric McGuire is the Controller for Montante Group. He oversees the day-to-day aspects of the company’s accounting functions for Montante Development, including all accounting aspects of the property portfolio, property management, and development projects.

EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Montante Group, Eric worked as the Accounting Manager for Hockey Western NY. In this role, Eric oversaw the day-to-day accounting for the Buffalo Sabres (NHL), Rochester Americans (AHL), Buffalo Bandits (lacrosse), Rochester Knighthawks (lacrosse), all concert events held at KeyBank Center in Buffalo NY. In this capacity, Eric increased department efficiency through system implementations and successfully grew the accounting team to support the additional growth through acquisitions and new business ventures. Eric also served as the architect of a framework of internal controls, policies, procedures, and best practices to govern all aspects of Accounting operations.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Niagara University. He currently serves on the Empower Children’s Foundation Board.
