Gianna Puckett is the senior project and operations manager at TM Montante Development. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, as well as various improvement projects. On a daily basis, Mrs. Puckett collaborates throughout the organization to design and implement solutions that increase property performance, reduce expenses, and ensure tenant and ownership satisfaction.
Mrs. Puckett began her career as an executive assistant at Evergreen Health, developing into a project assistant, project manager, then finally a facilities manager, overseeing the property portfolio in the span of five years. Prior to joining TM Montante Development, Ms. Puckett worked with Ciminelli Real Estate as a property manager, working at the Seneca One tower. There, she gained valuable skills in third-party property management and what it means to successfully bring a building back to life while meeting the needs of various commercial tenants. Most recently, Mrs. Puckett has completed additional coursework in project management and received her certification as a project management professional. She enjoys utilizing these skills in tenant build-outs, software implementations, and any project related activity that aligns with strategic goals.
