The award-winning Riverview Solar Technology Park is New York State's first solar-ready business park.  Riverview is a place where real estate development and solar project development blend seamlessly.  

This concept behind Riverview Solar Technology Park was pioneered by TM Montante Development in early 2010, when the developer put forth the master plan to develop 1,000,000 SF of mixed use space with multiple renewable energy systems onsite supporting tenant power requirements.  As a solar-ready site, the business park possesses extensive capital and operating expense reduction mechanisms, and an ample incentive program available only to companies locating at Riverview.

At the 17th Annual NAIOP Awards Dinner in 2010, TM Montante Development won the Environmental Awareness Award for 600 Riverwalk Parkway located at Riverview Solar Technology Park.  Also in 2010, Building 600 was awarded Building of the Year in the tilt-up category by the American Concrete Institute.
